Greetings! My name is Michael Sherman. I am a second-generation piano technician with over 20 years of experience. I have worked on an extensive range of pianos from spinets to concert grands, including brands such as Kawai, Shigeru Kawai, Steinway & Sons, Yamaha, Bösendorfer, Mason & Hamlin, Young Chang, Baldwin, and more.
I work closely with my clients to customize the services I provide, based on their specific needs and circumstances. I am proud to be a leading piano tech in the Los Angeles & New York area and I am willing to go that extra mile to service your piano, no matter what it needs.
My mother and father, Alan & Elaine, owned and operated a piano store in Patchogue, New York, called Alan Howard Sherman's Piano Outlet. Working closely beside them, I've gained knowledge of the family business. I've spent many years gaining experience behind the scenes, in the repair shop. This is where I felt most at home!
